The focus of our commercial products includes Businessowners, Artisan Contractor, Commercial Package and Umbrella policies. We also offer Antique Dealers and Bed & Breakfast coverage under our Specialty Programs.

Businessowners

Our Businessowners Program provides coverage for "Main Street" type risks as well as apartment buildings and condominium associations. Additionally, our BOP Program provides coverage for other habitational business that does not meet the criteria of our Businessowners Program under our Commercial Package Policy. We offer coverage enhancements to this product at competitive prices.

Artisans

Our Artisan Program offers coverage for many types of skilled contractors including Carpenters, Electricians and Plumbers. Our Artisan Property Enhancement endorsement offers additional coverages that are tailored to the needs of an Artisan Contractor.

Package

Our Commercial Package Program provides comprehensive and competitive coverage for "Main Street" and habitational business that does not meet the criteria of our Businessowners Program.

Additional Umbrella Protection

A Patrons Umbrella Policy offers up to five million dollars of additional liability coverage over your other commercial policies.
